T-Ball Girls

It was a seriously exciting t-ball game last night. Daisy and Julia had some BEAUTIFUL rainbows and flowers drawn in the gravel. Of course each picture was autographed by their names.

The highlight of the BIG game was, of course, the snacks! What a cute team! Those kids had worked up quite an appetite out there. The past hour had been full of workouts in batting, running, throwing, catching, and gravel drawing.

Comments:
Emmadala is disappointed she missed it! Next time she can give the girls lessons on cheers to yell over and over and over again from the dugout - another important and exhausting skill that apparently requires
LOTS of practice.

Very cute! Nice to see you back at blogging.

I am glad you are back! Cute pictures. I am glad to see that Riley is not the only one doing sommersaults or chasing after butterflies when he should be helping his team. They sure are cute though!!! I bet they were having fun. That's all that matters right??

I have to agree. The art and the snacks are tooootally the best parts of T-ball.

Classic. Kneeling in the sand with her trusty blue glove by her side. Give her a tip - use the glove as a kneepad. Gravel leaves marks!

Funny you should mention the blue glove... we had to borrow that glove because we(Daisy) were so worried about the outfit we were wearing to t-ball, that we forgot her glove - which is pink and purple, of course.

Too adorable! It will be a few years before sliding practice I guess. How is Jax taking the mid-game art exibition? You know they are still looking for "well rounded" applicants for college admittance.

D looks so grwn up. It has been too long! Can't wait to get M and C together again too. We'll be in Woodland July 27-29.

I'd given up on ever seeing another blog from you....and here you are! Cute photos. I think Ason probably is as ready for T-Ball as Roo is!
